After a rain-soaked Friday night where only one New York Mets affiliate played, Saturday saw seven games from the full-season squads. After only hitting one extra-base hit in August before Saturday, Brett Baty went deep in both halves of Triple-A Syracuse’s doubleheader. They were his first home runs since July 23rd when he sent two out of the park in one game.
